Shipping Information

  • Orders placed before 2pm UK time, will ship within the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2pm UK time will ship next business day (inventory permitting)
  • Please note that processing times may take an additional business day throughout holiday seasons
  • For international shipping, please refer to the country-specific information in the chart below

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
  • An original retail receipt or online packing slip is required for any returns
  • Photos and reason for the return should be included with your refund request
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price
  • We only accept returns from the original purchaser
  • We only accept returns purchased from YOKKA.UK
  • Merchandise purchased at independent stores must be returned to the location where purchased
  • We do not accept returns for mats purchased through non-authorized dealers
  • We do not accept returns of damaged mats due to misuse or neglect*
  • We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost return shipments
  • We cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped
  • Please allow 15 days for processing of your return
  • The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control
  • For returns from countries outside of the EU the customer will be fully responsible for payment of all applicable duties and taxes

* Misuse, neglect, or negligence may include, but is not limited to: exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flames, high heat, sharp objects, pets, strong essential oils, or salt water. Dirty, damaged, bleached, or stained items will not be accepted for return.
